Introducing HyperSwap: The Spherium Cross-Chain DEX
Spherium’s mission has been and will always be to advance the interconnectivity and scalability of Decentralized Finance (DeFi). Moving towards this goal, Spherium Finance is thrilled to announce the launch of HyperSwap, its cross-chain Automated Market Maker (AMM) decentralized exchange. HyperSwap complements Spherium’s cross-chain ecosystem by allowing users to do swaps very soon on Arbitrum chain by offering users permissionless and efficiently in one platform.
HyperSwap: A Cutting-Edge Swapping Technology
HyperSwap will provide a swapping interface for tokens from multiple chains using an Automated Market Maker (AMM) algorithm, allowing anyone to trade without the need for an intermediary and providing liquidity to startup tokens that may not have large market caps. Its main advantages are:
Native Bridge: HyperSwap will integrate with HyperBrige, Spherium’s native bridge solution, one of the fastest and most efficient in the industry
Impermanent Loss Mitigation: HyperSwap will have a mechanism to minimize trading losses in high-slippage trades, in which prices will be gradually updated in the case of these events
Increased Liquidity: HyperSwap will allow startups to create their new tokens’ trading pools on 14 different EVMs, bringing flexibility to their initial listing and liquidity access alternatives.
The Beginning of a Cross-Chain Swapping Journey
HyperSwap will launch its Beta Version 1 on April 4, 2023, at 12:00:00 UTC. In this Initial Phase, users will be able to test and provide feedback about HyperSwap’s interface and functionalities.
HyperSwap will open initial pools on the Arbitrum EVM, one of the most scaling solutions that achieve high throughput, low latency, and cheap transaction costs. By using Arbitrum as its initial EVM, HyperSwap will benefit from its high performance, scalability, and interoperability features.
